How to order
Step 1: Event Selection
    In the upper menu bar, click on Events. All the events currently on sale by Ticketpro are now displayed. If the list of events seems to be too confusing or muddled, narrow your selection by event category. This is possible by using the upper "Category selection" menu bar. When the event is found, click on Tickets in the event line. If the above steps are followed, a short description pertaining to the event appears and below it a table of available tickets, seating details and ticket price.
  If the event found is the one of your choice and you decided to place an order for tickets, click on Order, right below the price table. By doing so, the ordering process commences and the ticket ordering wizard that appears in a new window leads you through the rest of the ordering process step by step.
   
Step 2: Selection of price category
    Please verify two very important things in the newly opened window:
  1. Make sure that the ordering process you are about to begin pertains to the event of your choice
  2. Make sure you are logged in the system and you are a registered user in www.ticketpro.hu. If you have not logged in yet, click on "Sign in" right below the event description. Sign in or register as needed. If you need help with registration and/or signing in, please click on Help. If you successfully registered and signed in, you are taken back to the newly opened window.

Tip: In the upper right corner of the wizard window, you can check whether you are logged in, and if yes, under what username. You will not be able to continue the ordering process unless you are logged in.

If you are logged in, please select the preferred price category. If you need help you can still click on the old window where detailed information is available about the various price categories. When the price category is found, please change the 0 in the adjacent text box to the number of tickets you wish to order. As soon as all the tickets are selected please click on Add to cart. By doing this, you have put your tickets to the cart that works the same way as an ordinary shopping cart in a supermarket. By clicking on it, you can check the contents of your cart. If you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, click on Next. The following step is specifying the mode of delivery.

Tip: To place orders for multiple events click on Next ticket in the cart. Repeat the above procedure until you have finished the compilation of your tickets. By clicking on Empty cart, you can empty the contents of your cart.

   
Step 3: Selecting delivery mode
    By clicking on Next in the cart, you can choose the method of delivery. There are multiple delivery modes you can select from in the drop down menu and a brief explanation as to the way each mode works, and, at the end of the line, delivery charge applying to the given mode. When the preferred delivery mode is found, please click OK adjacent to the delivery mode of your choice to be transferred to the next page where you can still check and update your personal data entered upon registration.

Tip: This page is displayed even if you chose to pick up your tickets on your own. Ticketpro may still need to contact you in case a problem occurs with your order or if you change your mind later and wish to have your tickets delivered to your door.

At this point, your Internet connection gets transferred to a 128 bit encrypted secure channel so that no unauthorized persons could gain access to data you send over to Ticketpro. This is particularly important since the next page is about payments.

Delivery fees:
GLS COD (cash on delivery, only into Hungary) - 2400 HUF
GLS parcel (with credit card, only into Hungary) - 1590 HUF
GLS into Europe (with credit card, only into Europe) - 8000 Ft
personal takeover (with creadit card) - 250 Ft
e-ticket (with creadit card) - díjmentes

   
Step 4: Payment
    Ticketpro is currently offering two payment methods over the Internet:
  1. Paying with credit card:
    Paying with credit card is available if you selected delivery in registered mail or picking up on your own, when selecting the delivery mode (20 days before event). In case you wish to select this payment method, Ticketpro will need the below details:
    • The 16 digit unique serial number to be found on the front side of the card (card number)
    • Expiration date of your card, Month/Year given in two digits. The so called CVC code, which is the 3 digit number on the back of the card on the signature stripe.

    Tip: on certain types of cards the last few digits of the card number are repeated and followed by the 3 digit CVC code.

    Important: Ticketpro does not store data in any form and destroys them immediately after the price of the tickets and delivery and postal charges (if applicable) have been charged to your bank account. It is good to know that all bank payments are transferred through the Internet Payment Service of CIB Bank. Please note that after finalizing your payment the transaction is not refundable! You may use embossed cards bearing one of the below group logos on them (EC Electronic or Visa Electron cards are non-embossed cards, therefore are not accepted!):

  2. Cash on delivery:
    You may select this payment method if you chose cash on delivery as the delivery mode (30 days before event). In this case, Ticketpro compiles your order, mails it to you and you will have to pay in cash the value of the tickets, delivery and packing charges to the mailman upon delivery. To this end, it is important that you give a postal address where the mailman can find you. In case the mailman does not find anyone at home, s/he deposits your tickets in the post office and drops a notification slip in your mailbox. You will then be requested to go to the post office and show the slip to receive your tickets.
